Pediatric Care Medical Group, Inc. is contracted with most major health plans. Below is an abbreviated list of contracted insurance carriers, please contact your carrier to verify that we are providers for your plan if you do not see it listed.

Financial Policy: It is the policy of our office that Parents/Guardians of patients are financially responsible for all charges, whether or not paid by their insurance, unless specifically exempted by their insurance company's contract with Pediatric Care Medical Group, Inc. If you do not have insurance coverage at the time of service, you must pay in full before services are provided.

Insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. It is important to understand your coverage and benefits. We are happy to bill your insurance company on your behalf; however copayments and coinsurance are due at the time of service.

Due to government rules and regulations you must bring a valid form of identification, ie: driver's license, military id, and/ or passport, with you to each appointment. This is to prevent and to protect you from fraud or identity theft.
